Varese design week 2023

An exhibition "of and for" the territory with Rossi di Albizzate as historical representative.

Spring starts and the 7th edition of the VARESE DESIGN WEEK starts, scheduled from 21 to 26 March 2023. 

Four installations will enrich the city and connect citizens with the world of design. 25 dedicated meetings and 4 guest stars. The payoff of the event sums up its 2023 approach: "Green & Evergreen".

Among the evergreens are Vico Magistretti's Golem chair di Vico Magistretti, la Luisa , Franco Albini's Luisa and Carlo and Anna Bartoli's Tube designed for Rossi di Albizzate. Tube di Carlo e Anna Bartoli disegnata per la Rossi di Albizzate.

The director of the event, Nicoletta Romano, and the curator of the exhibition, designer Cristian Vicentin, invited and wanted Rossi di Albizzate to be present at the event precisely because it represents a historical production and cultural protagonist of the area.

Brothers Luigi and Piero Rossi represented the historical Rossi di Albizzate, while Luxur-IT, licensee of the Rossi di Albizzate brand, was represented by designer Saverio Calefato as Brand Manager.

A symbolic handover with a view to continuity, just a few kilometres from where everything originated.
